By William Makepeace Thackeray

Book Condition: Very Good- | Dust Jacket: No Jacket

The hardcover is bound in richly textured blue leather with 22 kt gold accents and lettering, printed on acid-neutral pages that are thread-sewn, not glued together. The edges of the pages are gilded with 22 kt gold to protect them further. A silk page marker is sewn into the binding. The raised spine bands and silk moire endpapers give the book a distinctive Easton Press look.

There is rubbing to the board's corners and a hit on the upper spine. The text block has damp staining between pages 229 and 576. Otherwise, the text block is unmarked, and the binding is secure.
