This lovely copy is in very good(+) condition. The boards are covered in a greenish-gray cloth with a black embossed image of Pike's Peak and a gilt title on the front panel and spine. There is a hint of rubbing to the extremities. The owner's name is in ink, and there is an embossed stamp on the front free endpaper. The text block contains a few pages with folded corners and creases. Otherwise, the binding is secure.
